Sustainapouch Refund Policy
At Sustainapouch, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please review our refund policy below:
1. Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. To initiate a cancellation, please contact us at sales@sousvidetools.com with your order details. Once you have notified us of your cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the goods.
2. Returns
To return your items, please ensure they are in their original condition and packaging. You are responsible for the cost of returning the items unless they are faulty or not as described.
3. Refunds
Once we receive the returned goods, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that refunds may take several days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Faulty or Not as Described Items
If your item is faulty, not as described, or does not do what it is supposed to, you are entitled to a full refund. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item to arrange a return and refund.
5. Exceptions

- Goods advertised as damaged and reduced
